Evening Receptions and Drinks Receptions

For smaller weddings not wishing to hire the hotel on an exclusive use basis, we can reserve the Bar for private use in the evening for up to approximately 20 people. We also request that at least three to four bedrooms are reserved for that evening.

Homewood Park’s maximum capacity for an evening reception is 100 people in the main house. However, we can cater for up to 120 people for a sit down meal in a marquee in our beautiful grounds with a further 30 people in the evening. We unfortunately can not accept discos or live bands unless hiring the hotel on an exclusive use basis.

For use of Homewood Park after 5.30pm for an evening reception an exclusive use fee will apply.

Drinks Reception

What better way to welcome your guest’s, after your civil ceremony or civil partnership ceremony, than a drinks reception in either our Drawing Room, with its comfy sofas and wonderful views of our award-winning gardens this room makes a delightful start to your celebrations. Alternatively, enjoy drinks and canapés on the lawn, weather permitting of course.

Canapés

We offer nuts and olives complimentary as an appetizer for your guests during your drinks reception, however canapés can be served as an a alternative.
