Receptionist

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a receptionist to join our already established team. This position involves delivering exceptional service to our guests.  As part of the reception team you will be responsible for welcoming resident and non-resident guests to the hotel. You will carry out check ins and check outs, maintain the switchboard, handle accommodation, restaurant bookings and payments, and will be advising guests of hotel and local facilities and services. You will also assist with the daily running of the Spa Reception, including handling bookings, welcoming guests and carrying out checkouts following their time with us.

You will ensure the guests’ requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional attention.

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the highest standards. This individual will be a motivated and enthusiastic person with high levels of customer service and good communication skills. Experience in a similar environment preferable although full training will be given to the right candidate.

HOURS OF WORK AND PAY
This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours 5 days out of 7 with bank holidays and weekend working on a shift basis due to the nature of our business. We are offering a competitive rate of pay.

Restaurant and Bar Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Restaurant, Lounge and Bar.  You will be required to recruit, train and manage all department staff, work to budgets and targets, plan and forecast future sales and revenue opportunities.

•Previous management experience in an F & B role, stock control experience
•Excellent attention to detail
•A passion for delivering outstanding customer service maintaining the highest standards
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•You will be dedicated, with the ability to lead the restaurant team to drive standards and service and manage any employee issues.

HOURS OF WORK AND PAY

This is a full time, hands on permanent position working minimum of 48 hours a week. 5 days out of 7 with weekend and bank holiday working essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking waiting staff to join our Restaurant Service team. This position involves delivering exceptional service to our guests. Key duties include taking orders and serving food in line with a rosette level of service, charging and processing payment, together with maintaining excellent product knowledge. You will ensure the guests’ requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional attention.

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the highest standards. Previous food and beverage service experience would be required, although full training will be given to the right candidate.

HOURS OF WORK AND PAY
This is a permanent part time role, working 25 hours a week which would include weekends and evenings on a rota basis. We are offering a competitive rate of pay.

Casual Spa Therapist

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for offering high end treatments and have the ability to sell retail products. Ensuring high standards at all times and report directly to the Senior Therapist or Spa Manager. You will also be responsible for the appearance of the spa, making sure it is tidy and welcoming to guests at all times and ensure that all beauty treatments are administered in a professional, friendly and person-centred manner and that the Spa is a welcoming environment for all.

You should possess a passion for the beauty industry, with dedication, professionalism and enthusiasm to learn new skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Level 2 & 3 in beauty therapy
Elemis training is desired but not all essential as training will be provided.
