Beauty Therapist

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join an established team within the Spa. A Beauty therapist is responsible for offering high end treatments and have the ability to sell retail products. Ensuring high standards at all times and will report directly to the Head Therapist or Spa Manager.

About You
– The ideal candidate should possess a passion for the beauty industry, with dedication, professionalism and enthusiasm to learn new skills.
– The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the appearance of the spa, making sure it is tidy and welcoming to guests at all times.

Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a NVQ Level 3 qualification and Elemis training would be desirable.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours per week including some weekends and evenings on rota basis to meet the demands of treatments to our guests.

Receptionist

About the Role

This position involves delivering exceptional service to our guests and as part of the reception team you will be responsible for welcoming resident and non-resident guests to the hotel. You will carry out check ins and check outs, maintain the switchboard, handle accommodation, restaurant bookings and payments, and will be advising guests of hotel and local facilities and services. You will also assist with the daily running of the Spa Reception, including handling bookings, welcoming guests and carrying out checkouts following their time with us.
You will ensure the guests’ requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional attention.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the highest standards. This individual will be a motivated and enthusiastic person with high levels of customer service and good communication skills. Experience in a similar environment preferable although full training will be given to the right candidate.

Hours of Work and Pay

This is a permanent full time role, working 40 hours 5 days out of 7 with bank holidays and weekend working on a shift basis due to the nature of our business. We are offering a competitive rate of pay.

Spa Therapist

You will be responsible for offering high end treatments and have the ability to sell retail products. Ensuring high standards at all times and report directly to the Senior Therapist or Spa Manager. You will also be responsible for the appearance of the spa, making sure it is tidy and welcoming to guests at all times and ensure that all beauty treatments are administered in a professional, friendly and person-centred manner and that the Spa is a welcoming environment for all.

About You
The Ideal candidate should possess a passion for the beauty industry, with dedication, professionalism and enthusiasm to learn new skills and have previous experience as a therapist as well as an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.

Night Porter

About the Role

The night porter will provide an efficient and welcoming service to all guests on their arrival to the hotel. You will be showing guests to their rooms and providing a luggage service for their belongings as well as assisting with conference and banqueting requirements such as room service set up.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and a pro-active approach. Reception Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Reception Supervisor with great customer service skills to join a highly successful team.

About the Role
You will support the smooth daily operation of the hotel reception, forming strong working relationships with department managers to provide excellent service. Key duties include ensuring a warm, professional welcome is given to each and every guest, facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes, processing guest bills efficiently and accurately, dealing with all enquiries, and undertaking any administration required by the Head Receptionist, whom you will report to. You will monitor the hotel switchboard, ensuring calls are answered and relayed in a helpful and professional manner.

About You
You will be confident and professional, engaging with our guests, and have a willingness to go the extra mile. You will have strong organisational skills, and be able to prioritise effectively. You will also be an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills, with good attention to detail to deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a full time permanent position working a minimum of 40 hours a week on a 5 days out of 7 day rota basis, including evenings and weekends.

About You

You will be passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and in delivering quality dishes and products. You will have excellent communication skills, able to work under pressure.You will be an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills who has 2 rosette experience.

Hours of Work and Pay
This is a full time permanent position working 55 hours a week 5 days out of 7. This is a salaried position offering circa #22,000 per annum.

Essential Requirements
A Food Hygiene Certificate and NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Food Production and Cooking or Professional Cookery or equivalent and knowledge of the relevant Hygiene, Health & Safety guidelines.

About You
Our ideal candidate will have experience in supervising the requirements of an AA inspection in order for us to obtain out goal of Red Star Status. Previous management experience in an Food & Beverage role, with stock control experience is essential alongside excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail.You will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service maintaining the highest standards.

You will be dedicated, with the ability to lead the restaurant team to drive standards and service and manage any employee issues.
