Full-time Spa Therapist

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Spa Therapist to join an established team within this luxury spa. You will be responsible for offering high end treatments and have the ability to sell retail products. Ensuring high standards at all times and report directly to the Head Therapist or Spa Manager. You should possess a passion for the beauty industry, with dedication, professionalism and enthusiasm to learn new skills. You will also be responsible for the appearance of the spa, making sure it is tidy and welcoming to guests at all times. This is a hands on position working 5 days out of 7 with weekend and bank holiday working.

Ideally the successful applicant will possess the following skills, experience or attributes:

Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy.

Hot Stone Massage and Gel Polish training is desirable.

Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager based at our 21 bedroom Homewood Park Hotel & Spa, a rural and peaceful Country House Hotel with a contemporary approach near Bath.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Restaurant, Lounge and Bar in the absence of the Restaurant and Bar Manager.  You will be required to recruit, train and manage all department staff, work to budgets and targets, plan and forecast future sales and revenue opportunities in the absence of the Restaurant and Bar Manager. This is a hands on position working 5 days out of 7 with weekend and bank holiday working essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in an F & B role, stock control experience, excellent attention to detail as well as a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Food and Beverage Assistants

We are currently looking for waiting staff to join our award winning team at Homewood Park. Recently voted in the top 3 Hotel restaurants in Somerset, and winner of Bath Chef vs Chef 2014, the right candidate will have experience in rosette establishments. The Restaurant serves the finest in modern English cuisine and is one of the most popular restaurants in Bath. We are in need of experienced charismatic waiter/waitress with a genuine passion for delivering a bespoke personable guest experience. You would need to excel in guest care and deliver a warm and charming service, previously working in a high end restaurant or 2 rosette background.

Due to increased demand we are currently seeking full and part time staff to join the team in the bar, restaurant and back of house. Bank holiday and weekend working essential due to the nature of the business.

 Reception Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reception Supervisor based at our 21 bedroom Homewood Park Hotel & Spa, a rural and peaceful Country House Hotel with a contemporary approach near Bath.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Accommodation, rates and team of recpetionists in the absence of the Reception Manager.  You will be required to recruit, train and manage all department staff, work to budgets and targets, plan and forecast future sales and revenue opportunities in the absence of the Reception Manager. This is a hands on position working 5 days out of 7 with weekend and bank holiday working essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a supervisory role, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK, and be able to attend an interview. Due to the location of the client it is essential that you have access to your own transport.
