Pet Policy: All Pets are allowed. There will be a charge of £15 per night excluding food. Please inform us at time of booking
Family Policy: Children age 4 and under stay free in the room. Children age 16 and under will pay the Extra Child Charge of £35 per night which includes full English and continental breakfast with use of the halcyon spa facilities when sharing a room with two adults.
Children over this age are considered an adult.
Extra person at £50.00 to include full English and continental breakfast with use of the halcyon spa facilities when sharing a room with two adults.
Group Policy: 8 Rooms or more are considered a group. For group reservations contact Katherine Lund
Commission Policy: 10% commission on all Best Available Rates rates. Exceptions may apply
Cancellation Policy for Accommodation up to 5 rooms:
Booking must be cancelled by 3 pm, Two days prior to arrival to avoid fee. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a full charge for the duration of the stay. (Exceptions may apply for e.g. for bookings made over Easter, Christmas and New Year, pre-payment is required and all payments are non-refundable or transferrable)
No Shows will be treated as cancellation and will be charged in full for the stay

Booking must be cancelled by 2.30 pm, Seven days prior to arrival to avoid fee. Any cancellation made within 7 days of arrival will incur a full charge for the duration of the stay. (Exceptions may apply for e.g. for bookings made over Easter, Christmas and New Year, pre-payment is required and all payments are non-refundable or transferrable)
All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card.
A deposit of £100 may be applicable for individual bookings, however this is refundable if the cancellation is made outside the cancellation period
At Check-in a pre-authorisation will be taken from the Credit card or Debit card that will be used for payment on departure. A pre-authorisation is not a payment. Final payment for the duration of your stay and any extras will be taken on departure.
We offer free parking at the hotel. Please note that parking is at your own risk
The hotel operates a strictly no-smoking policy. If guests are found smoking in the room or the hotel is unable to reuse the room due to the smoke in the room, there will be a fee applicable for damages
Any damages to the room or furniture by pets left in the room is subject to a fee depending on the nature of the damage
